Following his tenure at TBMM, he dedicated his career to maritime leadership. He served for 8 years as the Director of Port & Maritime Affairs at the İstanbul Regional Directorate, overseeing one of the world's most strategic waterways. Additionally, he has served as the Regional Harbour Master for the Bandırma and Enez Port Authorities.
